Sandra Gillner is a PhD candidate and research associate at the chair of Regulatory Affairs at KPM and the Promoting Services at sitem-insel AG. Her dissertation around Healthcare Management and Healthcare Regulation is part of the international IMI Project SCREEN4CARE, within which she researches reimbursement practices around digital diagnostics for rare diseases.
Sandra studied Governance and Public Policy at the University of Passau and completed an MSc in International Administration and Global Governance at the University of Gothenburg, before obtaining an MA in European Political and Governance Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges.
In her free time, she is actively engaged in the issue of gender equality and enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
