Daniela Schädeli works as a research assistant under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Adrian Ritz since August 2020. She completed her Master's degree in Educational Sciences at the University of Fribourg. Originally she is a primary school teacher and taught for several years in multi-level classes. Since 2014, Daniela Schädeli has been school principal at the Unterlangenegg Primary School. She is developing her doctoral thesis in the field of school leadership.
Her free time she spends with her husband and two sons biking, walking and travelling. Her hobbies also include reading, singing, dancing and doing handicrafts.
