Benjamin is a PhD Candidate at the Chair of Regulatory Affairs at UNIBE's KPM and a Research Associate at sitem-insel AG. His research focuses on the governance and financial performance of Swiss hospitals, as well as the reimbursement of digital health applications and the ongoing shift from in- to outpatient care. He applies mixed-methods approaches combining Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) and qualitative research. Before joining KPM, he worked at Hirslanden and TCS in Bern on healthcare related business development projects. He holds a Master's degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a CEMS Master's in International Management.
