Magdalena Waeber holds a Master's degree in Public Management & Policy from the University of Bern and a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy and Social Work from the University of Fribourg. In 2019-22, she worked as a bilingual social worker in social counseling at Caritas Fribourg. Since mid-2022, she has been working as a research assistant in a research project in collaboration with the Helmut-Schmidt-University (HSU) in the field of digitalization of social welfare organizations. She works in the team of Prof. Claus Jacobs, Ph.D. and is writing her dissertation in the field of organizational research. In doing so, she is investigating the use of technology in the consulting practice of Swiss organizations in the social sector.
